Walt Disney is set to release two Star Wars episodes a year
Information that Walt Disney intends to develop the Star Wars franchise under the Avengers scheme, received indirect confirmation. LucasFilm studio head and producer of the new trilogy Kathleen Kennedy said in an interview with EW that it is planned to release two to three episodes a year. Most likely, their plots will focus on various characters in the Star Wars universe. In the future, they will be combined into one project or even a trilogy. According to one of the rumors, the creators of the next trilogy are going to resurrect the key character of Star Wars. Darth Vader, as well as bringing back several of the main characters, notably Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.
