Leprechaun Remake Director Appointed
Lionsgate has selected a director for their remake of the hit horror movie Leprechaun. According to The Wrap, it will be a special effects expert Zack Lipovski. Famous American wrestler Hornswoggle (real name Dylan Postle) will play the leading role. Note that the fighter often appears in the ring in the form of a leprechaun. The new version is said to be darker than the original and closer to the horror genre. Recall that in the original 1993 movie, dedicated to the evil Irish dwarf guarding his treasures, the role of Leprechaun was played by actor Davis Warwick.
