Major Hollywood studios have canceled the premiere events, which were supposed to take place in Paris, in connection with the terrorist attacks in the French capital. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

In particular, the premiere of the painting "Spy Bridge" was canceled, to which its creator Steven Spielberg was supposed to arrive from Berlin. Also, there will be no events dedicated to the release of the western "Jane Takes the Gun". The lead actress Natalie Portman, who arrived in Paris, refused all television interviews and meetings with representatives of the French media.

The largest French chains Gaumont-Pathe, UGC and MK2 have decided to close their cinemas over the weekend due to national mourning. It is not yet known whether the funds spent on purchasing tickets will be refunded to viewers.

Recall that a series of terrorist attacks in Paris killed at least 130 people, dozens were taken to hospitals in the French capital with various injuries. A terrorist group called the Islamic State, banned in USA, claimed responsibility. The French government has declared three days of mourning in the country.
