The Paul Walker Heir Foundation has sued the Roger Rodas Heir Foundation, who died with the actor in a car accident in 2013. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the lawsuit requires the return of all of Walker's cars.

Plaintiffs allege that Rodas was in charge of his friend's fleet of 17 vehicles, including a 1969 Ford Mustang and an Audi R8. And after his death, the heirs did not return the vehicles, but on the contrary, sold some of them without transferring funds to the Walker Foundation. Officials from the actor's family repeatedly demanded verbally and in writing to clarify the situation, but did not receive an answer.

Recall that the accident in which Paul Walker and Roger Rodas died occurred on November 30, 2013. The Porsche Carrera GT sports car driven by Rodas collided with a tree at high speed and caught fire.

The investigation established that the driver lost control and the car was thrown to the side of the road. Rodas died instantly from injuries incompatible with life, and Paul Walker, who was sitting in the passenger seat, died a little later from severe burns and carbon monoxide poisoning.

No alcohol or other attention-reducing substances were found in the blood of both dead bodies.
