Netflix develops Godless Western with Steven Soderbergh
Streaming service Netflix is developing the historical drama "Godless" in a limited episode series. The upcoming project is being prepared by Steven Soderbergh and Scott Frank, who have already had a successful experience of working together in the thriller Out of Sight. This is reported by the publication Deadline. The series, which is positioned as a western, takes place in the 1880s in a mining town in New Mexico. The project, which is currently being cast at the time of writing, will be movieed in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Frank will take on the duties of screenwriter and director.
