Cable Channel Lifetime has renewed its drama series Unreal for a third season before its second season premieres on Monday, June 6, 2016. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Like the first and second seasons of the series, which tells about what happens on the set of the reality show Everlasting, the third will consist of ten episodes and will debut in 2017.

The main roles are played by Constance Zimmer, Shiri Appleby, Craig Birko, Josh Kelly and Jeffrey Bower-Chapman, along with B.J. Britt, who will play the new member of Everlasting – football star Darius Hill.

Show creators Marty Noxon and Sarah Gertrude Shapiro will remain executive producers.
