Syfy is movieing the famous novel Hyperion
Syfy continues its earlier course in adapting popular science fiction literary works. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Syfy will join forces with Bradley Cooper ("The Sniper"), Academy Award-winning Graham King ("Argo") and Todd Phillips ("Hangover in Vegas") to adapt the acclaimed novel by science fiction writer Dan Simmons "Hyperion" in serial format. "Hyperion" tells the story of seven pilgrims who, on the eve of Armageddon, go on a journey to find answers to unsolved mysteries concerning their lives. Each of the travelers desperately hopes to receive an answer and keeps a terrible secret. And only one of them, perhaps, holds the fate of humanity in his hands.
