The organizers of the 68th Cannes Film Festival presented movies that will take part in the main competition program. 17 paintings will compete for the main prize - "Golden Palm".

17. "Youth" (Italy - France - Switzerland - Great Britain).

According to the director of the festival, Thierry Fremaud, several more movies may be added to the competition program later. The most prestigious European cinema forum will open with the screening of the movie "Head Up" directed by Emmanuel Berko. The festival will take place from 13 to 24 May. Renowned American moviemakers and screenwriters Joel Coen and Ethan Coen will head the international jury.
