The drama will be a new joint project of Josh Holloway and Carlton Cuse, previously worked on the ABC series "Lost." Holloway will play Will Bowman, a former FBI agent who, in an attempt to protect his family, he is forced to work with the occupying government to dampen the growth of resistance within the Los Angeles colony. Released in January 2014, the sci-fi action movie Intelligence, starring Halloway, was canceled due to low ratings.

Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead) plays the leading female lead – Katie Bowman, a mother of three who fights every day to keep her family safe in occupied Los Angeles. Things get complicated when her husband, Will, is forced to work with the colonial government.
