Channel A & E has teamed up with Werewolf showrunner Jeff Davis and screenwriter Brandon Boyes to adapt the Swedish horror movie Let Me In, based on Jun Ivid Lindqvist's best-selling novel of the same name. The rights to the story that Thomas Alfredson ("Spy, Get Out!") Directed a feature movie in 2008, A&E won against Showtime. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The drama is about the friendship between a teenager and a hundred-year-old vampire who looks like a young girl who leads a secluded life with her mysterious bodyguard. After a series of mysterious murders that shook Vermont, their remote town attracts the attention of a federal marshal, whose past is full of dark secrets.

Based on the Swedish movie, two years later, in 2010, Hammer Films directed the movie Let Me In. The Saga, directed by Matt Reeves (Monstro, Planet of the Apes: Revolution). The movie stars Chloe Grace Moretz and Cody Smith-McPhee.

Davis, Boyes, Marty Adelstein, Becky Clements and Simon Oaks will act as executive producers.
