Filming of the third episode of the movie "Three X's" will start in December 2015. The lead actor and producer of the Vin Diesel project announced this on his Instagram page.

"It's time to go back. Filming will begin in December in the Philippines," his commentary says. Diesel did not specify the plot of the movie and the possible date of the premiere.

Recall that the original movie was released in 2002 and earned about $ 300 million at the box office. In 2005, the premiere of the sequel entitled "Three Xs 2: The Next Level", in which Diesel did not take part, took place. The main roles were played by Samuel L. Jackson, Willem Dafoe, Ice Cube, Matt Gerald, Andrew Fiscella, Peter Strauss, Michael Roof, Sunny Mabrey and other actors.

Rumors about the movieing of the third part with the tentative title "Three Xs: The Return of Xander Cage" have been circulating since 2008, but the movie has never been put into production. In 2013, Vin Diesel claimed that he already had a script for the picture. Most likely, only after the resounding success of the movie "Fast and Furious 7", the project was still given the "green light". Whether the creator of the first movie, Rob Cohen, will return to the director's chair is still unknown. Previously, he showed interest in the project and even intended to shoot a movie with stereoscopic cameras.
