Johnny Depp's daughter will advertise glasses
The daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and start her career in modeling. As reported on the official Twitter page of Elle magazine, 16-year-old Lily-Rose Melody became a model for the fashion house Chanel. She will advertise the Pearl series of sunglasses produced by Chanel. “She is a wonderful representative of the new generation with all the qualities of a star,” commented the company's Artistic Director Karl Lagerfeld. Note that the latter has a long-standing friendship with Vanessa Paradis, who at one time also starred in Chanel commercials. Recall that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have been in a civil marriage for 13 years. In addition to a daughter, the couple have a son, Jack Christopher, who was born in 2002. The reason for their separation was not specified, but, most likely, the breakup was due to Depp's romance with actress Amber Heard, whom he met on the set of The Rum Diary. Depp and Heard's private wedding ceremony took place on the actor's private island, Little Hall's Pond Cay, in early February 2015. The actor's children attended the celebration.
