Deborah Ann Wall to star in Defenders
Marvel Entertainment has confirmed that two more actresses will star in the upcoming mini-series "The Defenders." Simone Missick and Deborah Ann Wall will appear in the series as the characters Karen Page and Misty Knight, familiar from the previous superhero shows of Marvel and Netflix. The latter also starred in the spin-off "Daredevil", "The Punisher". This is reported by ComingSoon. The Defenders will star Charlie Cox (Matt Murdoch / Daredevil), Kristen Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Coulter (Luke Cage) and Finn Jones (Danny Rand). Rumors that John Bernthal will play the Punisher / Frank Castle in the series have not yet been officially confirmed. In early October of this year, it was announced that Golden Globe laureate Sigourney Weaver was approved for the role of the villainess.
