JJ Abrams predicted 2018 Oscar for Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker
Mark Hamill, who plays Luke Skywalker in Star Wars 8: The Last Jedi, is set to win an Oscar 2018 for his work. This statement was made in an interview with NY Daily News by the producer of the project JJ Abrams. "I think we'll all be very disappointed if he doesn't get an Oscar, and of course Mark will be the most disappointed. He's insanely funny. An amazing artist who can do anything on the screen," said he. Note that Mark Hamill himself recently joked that in the movie "Star Wars: Episode 7 - The Force Awakens" he recorded an Academy Award-winning monologue, from which only a pause was included in the final version of the picture. The eighth episode of the famous space saga will be released in December 2017. At the time of this writing, its content has not been disclosed, no commercials have been presented.
