In Paris, the Carrousel du Louvre exhibition hall, which is part of the famous Louvre museum complex, hosted an exhibition of props and costumes from the popular HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones. On the opening day, Tuesday, September 8, some visitors had to wait about three hours to get to the Carrousel du Louvre. It took about the same amount of time to wait for their turn and take a picture, sitting on the famous Iron Throne. Among the visitors of the event there were real fans of the show, who came in homemade costumes of their favorite characters. Especially popular were the revealing outfits of Daenerys Targaryen, despite the cool weather in the French capital.

As for the costumes, the show featured the outfits of Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) and Tyrion Lannister ( Peter Dinklage). Among other exhibits – crossbows, jewelry, swords and the famous dragon eggs.

Fans of the series tried to find clues in costumes, which after the exhibition will return to their owners for movieing next season. The costume of Kit Harington's character, Jon Snow, was not at the exhibition, so the French media speculated that it might be actively used at the moment.
