According to the regulatory legal acts published on the official website of the Fund, Art Pictures, Cinema Directorate, CTB, Non-Stop Production, Trite, Tabbak Studio, Central Partnership and Enjoy Movies will receive 1.8 billion rubles. The documents emphasize that, unlike in previous years, funding will be provided "on a non-repayable basis," that is, grant recipients will not have to return the allocated funds to the budget. Other movie studios engaged in the production of fiction and animation movies, which are not included in the list of leaders, will also be able to apply for free government support. The Ministry of Culture is ready to allocate a total of one billion rubles for their needs. The Cinema Foundation also plans to distribute 1.275 billion rubles among organizations "showing national movies in USA settlements with a population of up to 100 thousand people." Applications for financial assistance will be accepted according to the following schedule: from the leaders of the domestic movie industry from March 10, 2016 to March 21, 2016 until 19.00, and from other cinematography organizations - from March 10, 2016 to March 30, 2016 until 19 : 00 hours.
