Producer of Three X's Sues Vin Diesel
Vin Diesel is named a defendant in a lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Supreme Court by producer George Zakk, who collaborated with the actor while working on such projects as "Three X's", "The Chronicles of Riddick" and others. This is reported by The Wrap. According to the documents provided to the court, Zakk collaborated with Diesel's studio One Race Films and in compensation he was to receive from 250 to 275 thousand dollars. He was also to be mentioned as a responsible producer in the credits of all joint movie projects. This cooperation was terminated in 2007, but the contract of the former partners assumed the extension of its terms to all possible sequels of movies with Diesel's participation. This, according to the plaintiff, allows him to demand 275 thousand dollars and the mention as a producer of the upcoming sequel to "Three X's" titled XXX: The Return of Xander Cage.
