Cinema News portal users criticized the Chernobyl trailer (Topic)

Users of the Cinema News portal criticized the leaked trailer of the national series Chernobyl, which tells the story of the notorious accident at a nuclear power plant and offers viewers their version of the reasons for what happened.

In particular, users were not in delighted with the general concept of the project, which involves the intervention of foreign special services. There were also obvious blunders in the form of the same number plates for different cars, the inconsistency of some details with the historical era, as well as not impressive acting work.

Individual users, on the contrary, liked the video. They considered it to be of much better quality than the trailers of the TV series of the same name by the American television channel HBO, emphasizing that the latter also contained a lot of fictional and factual errors.

Note that the director of "Chernobyl" Alexei Muradov previously said in an interview with the Daily Storm that he "does not know how the video got on the Web."

The project involved popular USA actors Igor Petrenko, Nadezhda Mikhalkova, Dmitry Ulyanov, Maria Andreeva, Alexander Ilyin, Vladimir Yumatov, Dmitry Mulyar, Alexander Feklistov, Elena Yakovleva, Yuri Tsurilo and others. The release will take place in 2020.
