Creator John Wick was asked to fix Birds of Prey
The creators of Birds of Prey, based on DC comics, needed expert help to direct action-packed movie projects. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. was forced to hire the director of "John Wick" Chad Stahelski to re-shoot some key scenes. It is noteworthy that his studio 87 Eleven, previously was responsible only for staging the stunts for "Birds of Prey", but now the status of Stahelski himself has changed and he actually became a supporting director. However, his name will most likely not appear in the credits. Comic book fans were waiting for the presentation of the first full-length trailer in the summer of 2019 to finally see Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), The Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Rene Montoya (Rosie Perez) and other heroines in action.
