Million Signatures Petition for Game of Thrones Finals Re-shoot
A petition inviting HBO to re-shoot the final season of the hit TV series Game of Thrones has garnered over a million signatures. The authors of the appeal stated that creators of the series, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, no longer having a literary source at their disposal, were unable to adequately complete the storyline. Nothing is known about the reaction of the channel's management. It is doubtful that it will agree to spend tens of millions of dollars to propose a different version of the ending. Note that the penultimate episode of "Game of Thrones" was watched by 18 million viewers, and this was one of the highest rates in the history of the project. The last episode will be presented to viewers on May 19, 2019. Already a day before its premiere, detailed descriptions of it appeared on the Web, indicating which of the characters would eventually get the Iron Throne. How true they are, and whether such "leaks" are an attempt to misinform viewers, it will become clear only after the episode is shown.
