Police recaptured Stan Lee from armed extortionists
Trouble continues to haunt legendary Marvel comic creator Stan Lee. According to the Daily Mail, two armed malefactors were detained near Lee's house in Hollywood. According to witnesses to the incident, the men demanded money from the master, claiming that he owed them money. In turn, 95-year-old Lee entered into a skirmish with them, from which it followed that he saw them for the first time. At some point in the dispute, the men pulled out their weapons and neighbors called the police. About two dozen law enforcement officers, accompanied by a helicopter, arrived at the scene and detained the extortionists. The reason for the incident has not yet been specified, the police are investigating. Recall that in April 2018, violators who climbed over the fence and tried to get into the house were already detained on the territory of the Li estate. And in 2017, Lee was forced to turn to law enforcement for help after discovering that a large amount of money had disappeared from his bank accounts. Investigators have established that the criminals have purchased luxury real estate with this money.
