New Star Wars Filming begins in Scotland
Filming of the first part of the new Star Wars trilogy may start in the summer of 2018 in the North of Scotland. According to Scotsman, citing its sources, some of the episodes will be movieed in the picturesque surroundings of Loch O, the longest freshwater lake in Scotland. At the time of this writing, the content of the picture was not specified. It is assumed that the action will take place in a different time frame than the events of the first trilogies, and the plot will not be connected with the history of the Skywalker clan. Ryan Johnson, who directed the movie "Star Wars 8: The Last Jedi", intends to supervise the project as a writer and director.
