Crown Season 5 Delayed
Fans of the hit television series The Crown, which tells the story of the UK's ruling family, will have to be patient to appreciate its fifth season. According to Deadline, citing its sources, streaming service Netflix has postponed the release of the sequel until at least 2022. Left Bank Pictures, which produces the show, intends to begin movieing much later than previously planned - in June 2021, which means that the fifth season will not be ready on the previously announced date. Sources insist that the delay is only partly due to the difficulties caused by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. Recall that a similar two-year "gap" arose between the second and third seasons of "Corona". when the lead actress Claire Foy dropped out of the project and Olivia Colman took her place.
