The composition of the jury of the festival of television feature movies, which will be held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk from 22 to 29 June 2019, has been determined. According to the official press release received by the Novosti Kino portal, the well-known Soviet and USA actor, director, screenwriter and producer Vladimir Menshov will become the chairman of the panel of judges. This year a very strong jury was selected from representatives of various cinematographic professions, headed by the "Oscar-winning" Vladimir Menshov.
