Zach Snyder was planning to introduce a female Robin (Topic)

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League director Zach Snyder planned to introduce Batman's assistant Robin into the DC Universe, but in his version he was supposed to be female.

This information confirmed by Snyder himself, communicating with his fans on the Vero platform. When asked about the possible return of Robin, who was dead in the storyline he presented, Snyder replied that the character would remain dead "until Carrie appeared."
