AMC has announced the end of The Walking Dead
The Walking Dead series will end with its eleventh season. Such an announcement, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter, was made by the AMC TV channel. The final season of the popular show will consist of 24 episodes, which viewers will be able to watch over two years. Thus, along with the remaining six episodes of the tenth season, fans of "Walkers" will have another thirty episodes of adventures of their favorite characters. In addition, AMC will continue to expand the world of The Walking Dead with new spin-offs. The first one will be dedicated to the obvious favorites of the main project - Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Carol (Melissa McBride). The so far unnamed series, which will be the third branch of the franchise, is slated for release in 2023, after the flagship show ends.
