Brian Cranston and Angelina Jolie will star in Ivan the Gorilla Movie
Brian Cranston and Angelina Jolie will join forces on the set of the fantastic movie "The One and Only Ivan", which is going to be directed by the studio Walt Disney. The project will be the eponymous work of the writer Katherine Applegate, published by HarperCollin in 2011. The illustrated novel is about a gorilla named Ivan, and the story is told from the point of view of the animal. After spending 27 years behind the glass walls of his enclosure in a shopping center, Ivan is used to people watching him. He almost never thought about life in the jungle. Instead, Ivan occupies himself with television, his friends Stella and Bob, and painting. But when he meets Ruby, the baby elephant caught in the wild, he finds himself forced to look at his house and his art with different eyes. Cranston got the role of the owner of a shopping center, who offends animals and makes them perform for the amusement of buyers. Jolie will voice Stella the elephant, and Academy Award nominee Sam Rockwell will play the role of Ivan himself.
