Nightwing's Director Explains the Difficulty of Building a DC Universe (Topic)

The director of the fantasy movie Nightwing, Chris McKay, explained in an interview with Metro the organizational difficulties involved in creating a Cinematic Universe based on DC Comics.

"They still want to build this Cinematic Universe, but it takes a long time , and this requires the involvement of a large number of people who must jointly determine the direction of development. It's very difficult. It is difficult to collect all these people, all these egos, to collect all sorts of specialists in one place, and make all this work synchronously. Chris McKay also clarified: what is the main difference between the studio Marvel from Warner Bros. and DC. In his opinion, the latter "focus on directors", and this approach fully justifies itself, as it helps studios to create "unique projects."
