James Franco was convicted of sexual exploitation of female students
Popular Hollywood actor, producer and director James Franco was convicted of "sexual exploitation". According to TMZ, former students of Franco's acting school Sarah Teeter-Kaplan and Tony Gal have made such allegations. According to the claim, Franco offered them roles in independent movies that he produced or directed. The problem was what they had to do to get these roles. The women argue that Franco has systematically violated several of the movie industry's basic principles regarding the movieing of erotic scenes. In particular, "young female acting students were encouraged to engage in simulated intercourse that went far beyond industry standards." In the documents, one of the plaintiffs refers to an orgy scene, during the movieing of which Franco ordered the women to "remove the plastic shields covering their genitals when he was faking oral sex with them." She also claims that James Franco was angry with actresses "who refused to go topless or participate in his sexual experiments" and were replaced by other women.
