Be in my shoes again
The fantastic drama Stay in My Skin, which was released in 2014, did not become a box office hit, but earned a lot of rave reviews. The film directed by Jonathan Glazer turned out to be unusual: most of the people in the frame are non-professional actors, some of the material was filmed on a hidden camera, and the musical accompaniment is simply mesmerizing. Both the work of Glazer himself and the performance of Scarlett Johansson deserve praise, and soon the producers will again offer viewers to be in their shoes.The fact is that a serious war broke out between Silver Reel and studio A24 over the television rights that will allow the winning side to film the spin-off "Stay in My Shoes" for small screens. It is noteworthy that the idea of creating the series was first voiced three years ago, but then Jonathan Glazer decided to concentrate on full-length projects. Recall that the plot of the film "Stay in My Skin", based on the novel by Michel Faber, revolves around a woman of unknown origin who travels across Scotland in search of lonely and abandoned men, in order to then take their souls to another world.  The source reports that the owner of the rights will be determined in the coming weeks, and then it will become known what role Glazer will play in creating the TV version of his drama.
