Tarantino hasn't forgotten about Kill Bill 3
While Quentin Tarantino fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood, the director never ceases to amaze with new plans for the future. Perhaps the author of "Inglourious Basterds" and "The Hateful Eight", after much hesitation, will still return to the abandoned project. In one of the recent podcasts, the director confessed to the listeners that he still had the idea of the film "Kill Bill 3", and even talked about it with the leading actress Uma Thurman.“Me and Uma discussed this recently and in some detail, I must say, literally last week. I've thought about this before. If the plot of any of my films should follow from the previous ones, it will be “Kill Bill 3”, -admitted Quentin. The foundation for the third movement was probably laid in the first half of the existing dilogy. The premise can be seen in the scene where the Bride (Uma Thurman) kills Vernita Green (Vivica A. Fox) in front of her daughter, Nikki. The avenger says to the orphan: "If you grow up, you want to get even with me, I will wait." It is not a fact that this particular episode will form the basis of the third film, but “Kill Bill” still has more chances of getting a sequel than, say, “Reservoir Dogs”.  Despite Thurman's excellent acting, the character of the Bride was not fully revealed. The development of the heroine in both films is built around her enemies. The viewer recognizes the Bride through the victims, revenge on whom gives meaning to all her actions. At the end of the film "Kill Bill 2" the heroine gets a chance to become a mother after learning that her daughter is alive. But how will the plot develop further? Is Bill right that Beatrix can't live a normal life without being a mercenary assassin? What happens if the mother and daughter just drive off into the sunset?  While sequels to old films have brought little joy lately, Kill Bill 3 will still delight audiences if Tarantino can find the right direction.
