It seems that someone from Stas Baretsky's inner circle suggested to the showman that the names of Alexei Panin, Nikita Dzhigurda, Lolita Milyavskaya and Diana Shurygina are unlikely to force viewers to storm the box office in the hope of snatching a ticket for the film "Brother 3". The creator of the sequel to the cult crime drama of the 90s went for broke and invited Oscar nominee Mickey Rourke to this colorful company.“I personally spoke with Rourke on Skype, Baretsky said. -He agreed to the role. Mickey's fee will be $ 300 thousand. I thought it would be more. I have already contacted the investors and promised to pay - for them it is mere pennies”. Rumor has it that investors have allocated about a million dollars for the shooting of the picture. Baretsky does not seem to be embarrassed by the fact that Rourke's salary will gobble up about a third of the budget.
