Mad Max 5 starts the engine
A pleasant rumor came from the camp of the Warner Bros. It looks like studio management has finally given the green light to a new Mad Max installment. Max toured the post-apocalyptic wasteland for the last time in 2015. The blockbuster Fury Road ran into huge production problems, but it still made it to the screens and became a 100% hit. George Miller's film grossed over $ 378 million worldwide, earned rave reviews in the press, won six Oscars and ranked # 1 on Empire Magazine's Best Pictures of the 21st Century.Shortly after the premiere of Fury Road, it became known that Miller was preparing scripts for two more MCU films. One tells about the further adventures of Max (Tom Hardy), and the second is dedicated to Furyosa performed by Charlize Theron. Unfortunately, work on these films has stalled due to a lawsuit between Miller and WB, which owes the director $ 7 million.  Apparently the creator of the franchise and the studio executives have finally ended the monetary dispute. According to rumors, production of the fifth Mad Max will begin this fall.
