Anton Adasinsky will show the ”Divine Comedy” to children

Image The director and creator of the DEREVO theater, as well as actor and musician Anton Adasinsky (Summer), has begun work on a children's version of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy. The full-length film will be called "Ticket to the Divine Comedy." According to the director, he is filming a "purely childish tale", not burdened with philosophy, which may interest an adult audience. The script was written by Adasinsky himself.

For me now sore topics - raising children, what is happening around, how people live. All I can do is try to find a form of learning. Play, movie, music, whatever. Now movies are scary, slanted cartoons are schizophrenic. And again we return to the good old movie: "Aibolit-66", "Winnie the Pooh", "Well, wait a minute!" - I show this to children", - said Anton.

Filming is being carried out in parallel with the theater's tours around the world: India, Dresden, St. Petersburg, Spain. Anton Adasinsky is known for his joint work with the "actor" Slava Polunin, in whose studio he studied, and with the artist Mikhail Shemyakin, in whose ballet "The Nutcracker" he played the role of Drosselmeyer. Adasinsky also won the Nika Prize for the role of the Usurer-Mephistopheles in Alexander Sokurov's Faust.
