Will Guardians of the Galaxy Volunteer?

Image While the whole world is in quarantine, James Gunn is poring over the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 script. It looks like he will bring Star-Lord's friends together with one of the most colorful characters in the Marvel universe.

Gunn wants to send the Guardians in search of the villains who conducted experiments on the Rocket. Rumor has it that the Benatar crew will seek help from another participant in the inhuman experiment, Howard the Duck. The feathered dude will prove to be a valuable asset and will earn a permanent place on the space superteam.

Howard made his comic book debut in 1973. His first trip to the screens ended in fiasco. 1986's Howard the Duck disappointed critics, flopped at the box office and won several Golden Raspberry anti-awards. Six years ago, we met a talking drake in the MCU. Since then, he has limited himself to light cameos. Perhaps Kevin Feige's company will finally expand his role. Previously, Marvel was preparing a serial cartoon about Howard, but in the end he never made it to the TV screens.
