Michelle Pfeiffer will play a rich widow
Michelle Pfeiffer ("Scarface," "Dangerous Liaisons") will star in the satirical drama directed by Azazel Jacobs ("The Lovers") called "Leave in English." The actress's partner on the set will be Lucas Hedges (Bring Ben Back). The script of the film is based on the novel of the same name by Canadian writer Patrick DeWitt, who himself adapted the work for the big screen.The plot centers on Frances Price (Pfeiffer), a 65-year-old socialite from New York. Finding her husband's lifeless body in the bedroom, the widow, who has not shed a tear, leaves for a ski resort.
