Jackman will part ways with Logan in Wolverine 3
In late March, Hugh Jackman announced to his fans that he was planning to part ways with Logan . In an interview with the program The Dr. Oz Show the actor confirmed rumors that his last film in the X-Men franchise will be " Wolverine 3 ".“It's time to say goodbye to Wolverine , Hugh said. -I could not imagine that I would be able to fulfill this role for so long. I want to thank the fans for the opportunity to return to Logan for 17 years. I have an idea for how we will say goodbye to Wolverine in the last movie. In my opinion, this will be the perfect way to leave the franchise. ” Earlier it became known that following Jackman , not only his colleagues in the old and new trilogies, but also director Brian Singer, are ready to part with the film series. Rumor has it that the leadership of 20th Century Fox may be preparing a reboot of the franchise to focus their future films on the young mutants, which will be presented to viewers in the blockbuster X-Men: Apocalypse.
