Ridley Scott will return to the world of ”Prometheus”
Late last month, Ridley Scott took over as director of the film adaptation of Don Winslow's The Reign of the Dog and The Cartel , prompting rumors about the fact that the busy work schedule will force the director, following the sequel to Blade Runner, to give the second part of Prometheus into the wrong hands.In an interview with TotalFilm Scott , he hastened to reassure his fans by announcing that he expects to begin work on the sequel to the story of Elizabeth Shaw and android David already in January next year. Originally the studio 20th Century Fox planned to release the picture on screens March 4, 2016 , but has now given this date to Tim Burton's House of Peculiar Children. According to insiders, the return of the heroes of " Prometheus " to the big screen may take place in 2017.  This year, Fox is planning to release the fifth film in the Alien film series. In the spring, Neil Blomkamp announced that he was working on the next installment of the popular franchise in close contact with Scott to avoid inconsistencies and inconsistencies with the plot of “ Prometheus . According to Ridley , Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender should return to familiar roles in the sequel, but viewers shouldn't wait for the original xenomorph to appear on screen.
