The Tracking Board reports that Rosamund Pike will star in an upcoming film adaptation of Christine Barnett's memoir The Spark ... Previously, the project was developed by the studio Warner Bros. , which has now been replaced by Relativity Media . The film will be produced by Denise di Novi (This Stupid Love), and the script will be written by Michael Cunningham (The Watch).Memoirs tell about the life of the author and her autistic son Jacob . When the boy was only two years old, Barnett learned that he might never be able to even tie his own shoes. Christine decided that she had to take care of her son herself. Despite her husband's protests, she took Jacob out of the specialized school and began her homework. By the age of nine, Jacob had a level of intelligence higher than that of Einstein himself, and by the age of 12 he had created his own theory in the field of astrophysics. Many scientists predict the young genius a Nobel Prize if he, as he plans, expands the theory of relativity.
