Demian Bishir will set off to surf space
Deadline reports that Demian Bishir (The Hateful Eight) has joined the cast of Alien: Covenant , directed by Ridley Scott. Earlier, Danny McBride and Katherine Waterston signed their contracts for participation in the sequel to Prometheus.In the story,the crew members of the colonizer ship think that they have managed to find an unknown paradise on one of the planets in the far corner of the galaxy. In fact, space explorers find themselves in a dangerous world, the only inhabitant of which is a member of the failed expedition of the ship Prometheus - android David (Michael Fassbender). Who will play Bishir has not yet been announced, however, insiders suggest that the status of this actor can be considered stellar enough for him to get the role of one of the participants in the space mission.  Previously, Scott said that the heroes of the new film will face an evolved creature that was created by the Engineers. Alien: Covenant will tell viewers for what purpose this monster-like biological weapon was created, and the ship's crew will try to return the creature to its world. Thus, "Testament" will return to its origins - the tape with which the cult horror franchise started back in 1979. In addition to the new Western by Quentin Tarantino, viewers know Bishir from the main role in the series "The Bridge" ( The Bridge ), as well as from the crime comedy "Cops in Skirts" and the thriller "Especially dangerous.
