Casting: McGregor - to the monster, Malkovich - to Wahlberg
According to the news portal THR , Ewan McGregor and Stanley Tucci have joined the cast of the full-length game version of Beauty and the Beast >. Let us remind you that Emma Watson ( Belle ), Dan Stevens ( The Beast ), Luke Evans ( Gaston ), Josh Gad have already signed up for the filming. ( Lefu ) and Ian McKellen ( Cogsworth ).Bill Condon is located in the director's chair of the project, the production functions are given to David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. The original script was written by Evan Spiliotopoulos and revised by Stephen Chbosky. McGregor will embody on the screen the image of Lumiere - the head waiter of the castle, turned by a spell into a candelabrum. Tucci will play a character named Cadenza , which was not in the original cartoon. The hero is described by the creators as a nervous maestro who became a piano in the castle.   Future projects of Ewan McGregor include the Western Jane Takes the Gun and the biopic Kill the Trumpet by Miles Davis. Stanley Tucci this year can be seen in the second part of "Mockingjay", as well as in the zombie thriller "Patient Zero".  John Malkovich (Air Prison, RED) will accompany Mark Wahlberg on the set of Peter Berg's drama Underwater Horizon . Kurt Russell, Dylan O'Brien and Gina Rodriguez have also staked out roles in the new project. The film, based on real events, will tell about the explosion that occurred in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. The disaster killed 11 people, and the oil spill was the largest in the history of the United States. Malkovich will play the adamant representative of British Petroleum , who underestimated the damage caused by the accident.  Billie Piper ( Penny Dreadful ) has a role in the new thriller BBC Films City of Tiny Lights , directed by Pete Travis.The film is set in modern London. The main character Tommy Akhtar is a man wise for years, a lover of a drink, earning his bread as a private detective. One day a charming prostitute comes to him with a request to find her missing friend, and the detective is drawn into the world of religious fanatics and political intrigue.The film is based on the novel of the same name by Patrick Niter.
