HBO fails to top Emmy nominations for the first time
The American Television Academy has announced the nominees for its 70th Anniversary Emmy 2018. For the first time in 18 years, HBO is not the leader in the number of nominations. Its place was taken by streaming service Netflix with 112 nominations, while HBO projects were mentioned "only" 108 times.
