Glenn Close to open up Mila Kunis's wounds

Image The Cannes Film Festival taking place these days continues to delight us with the casting news. This time it became known that two diverse actresses, Glenn Close and Mila Kunis, will play in one film, and it will be a drama about drug addiction called Four Good Days ("Four good days *"). Filming will be led by Emmy nominee Rodrigo Garcia, whom Glenn knows from her work on Mysterious Albert Nobbs.

In Four Good Days, seven Oscar-nominated Glenn Close will play a courageous and caring woman named Deb, who helps her daughter Molly (Kunis) get through all the hells of recovering from substance abuse. Their closeness after a long separation will open and reopen the old wounds inflicted on each other once, but in the end, these four days will allow them to understand how deep and complex their love is.

Rodrigo Garcia wrote the screenplay for the tape himself in collaboration with the Washington Post journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Eli Saslow. The plot will be based on one of the articles of the latter. Filming will begin in Los Angeles this fall.
