Home Alone High
It is unlikely that a full-fledged remake or reboot of Home Alone would be considered a good idea by moviegoers, and therefore 20th Century Fox chose a different strategy - to take the idea of the cult film by Chris Columbus as a basis and turn it into an R-rated comedy. Portal Deadline reports that the star "Deadpool" Ryan Reynolds will be producing the project and, perhaps, in the future, the actor will also decide to play one of the roles in the film.In the center of the film will be a guy who missed his plane, who was supposed to take him to a ski resort for the holidays. Instead of finding another flight, the protagonist decides to get drunk at home to the fullest. Being high, he begins to think that robbers have climbed up to him. The worst thing is that this is true, and now the guy, stoned and seized with paranoia, needs to protect himself and his home ... It is unlikely that Ryan Reynolds will decide to play the main character, since according to the plot he should be slightly over twenty, but the role of one of the robbers would suit him well. The director's chair for the project is given to Augustine Frizzell, who made her full-length debut this year with the drama Never Come Back.  Reynolds' list of plans for the future also includes the action movie Six Underground for the online service Netflix and the blockbuster X-Force, where the actor will once again try on the Wade Wilson costume.
