Captain Marvel's Writer Written by Vision and the Scarlet Witch
The series about Vision and the Scarlet Witch, one of the Marvel shows to be launched on the streaming service Disney +, has finally got a showrunner. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it was Jacqueline Schaeffer, one of the authors of the upcoming Captain Marvel. She will write the text of the pilot of the project, which tells about the adventures of two characters from "Avengers".Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen are expected to return to their roles from the big screens. Marvel Studios, who love to keep the details of their projects under a veil of secrecy, are also working on a series about Loki, portrayed by Tom Hiddleston, and a show about the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, heroes of Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan. The latter will be scripted by Malcolm Spellman (Empire). Vision and the Scarlet Witch are some of the oldest characters in Marvel, and their love story has linked the heroes for decades. Vision is a synthesoid longing for human understanding. It was created by Ultron, one of the Avengers' greatest enemies. The Scarlet Witch, whose alter ego is Wanda Maximoff, has a variety of witchcraft abilities. The couple appeared in several mini-series of comics, where their relationship was seriously tested: they got married and had two children, who later turned out to be a figment of the Witch's imagination. Vision later created his own android family.  A contract for the show about the eccentric couple will help Schaeffer solidify ties with Marvel. In addition to working on Captain Marvel, she also wrote the screenplay for Black Widow, which tells the story of the heroine Scarlett Johansson. Filming of the tape should begin this year.
