American Adventure Story
The premiere action adventure "Rampage" with Dwayne Johnson in the title role took place quite recently, and this hard-working man is already preparing to shoot a new project. Production of a film entitled Jungle Cruise, based on one of Disneyland's most famous rides, will begin in May. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Edgar Ramirez has joined the Rock and Emily Blunt, already enrolled in the cast. Fans of the series have recently been able to appreciate his brilliant work on the image of Gianni Versace in the second season of the anthology "American Crime Story.The action of the tape will unfold at the beginning of the 20th century in the Amazon jungle. Dwayne Johnson will play the captain who took on his ship the heroine Emily Blunt and her brother (Jack Whitehall) to go with them in search of a tree, which is believed to have some medicinal properties. Edgar Ramirez will be reincarnated as the main villain of this story, described as"a man with a conquistador background".  Throw in a bunch of wildlife and a competing German expedition, and you've got a good claim to be a sensible adventure movie. At least that's what director Jauma Collet-Serra (The Shallow), screenwriter Michael Green (Oscar nomination for the blockbuster Logan) and Scala himself are counting on.
