George Lucas to direct new Star Wars series (Topic)

George Lucas' LucasFilm company is set to begin production of a new animated series dedicated to the heroes of Star Wars. According to the IESB resource, the project will be based on the Star Wars: Galactic Heroes line of toys.

The toys are aimed at children over the age of five. Thus, the new series will most likely be designed specifically for this age group.

When the production of the fictional series `` for adults '', which Lucas talked about for a long time, will not be specified yet.
