The long-suffering prequel to the movie Alien problems continue to haunt. In November 2010, special effects expert Henry South announced on his blog the start of work on the project, which caused a storm of emotions among fans of the franchise. However, as it turns out now, the joy was premature.

Resource ScriptFlags, citing its sources, claims that 20th Century Fox has postponed the premiere of the first part of the prequel for a year. Previously it was assumed that the movie will be released in 2012, but now its release is scheduled for the end of 2013. The second part of the dilogy will be released in 2014, respectively.

The reasons for the postponement have not yet been specified.
