Universal accused of stealing Harry Potter font
Universal Film Company, which owns The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park in Orlando, will answer in court for illegal use of the font on souvenirs sold in the park. According to TMZ, the plaintiff is P22 Type Foundry, which created the Cezanne Regular font. Universal has not received permission to commercially exploit the font, according to a lawsuit filed in New York District Court.
