Natalie Portman will star in a western called Jane's Got a Gun. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The plot revolves around the owner of a large farm, whose husband is a robber. One day he returns home barely alive with eight bullet wounds received in a shootout with accomplices. The heroine is forced to turn to her former lover to help protect the farm when the gang members arrive to complete what they have begun. Lynn Ramsey will be in the director's chair, and the project itself will be based on one of the best scripts of 2011. The shooting schedule has not yet been determined.
